· The delivery date of each article that can be consulted on the page of each product. It is a shipping forecast, based on the normal functioning of all the entities involved in the shipment and delivery of the order. All orders are shipped by the supplier and with the same speed, however, due to issues outside the EZTO.STORE, the delivery of these by the Carrier may occasionally suffer slight delays;
· You can see the preparation time for each item along with its availability. Most articles have a preparation time of 24/48. It is even possible that your order will be shipped the same day if it only includes products with immediate shipment and was paid before noon. The delivery time will depend on the selected shipping company. Please note that the times indicated are for guidance and correspond to working days, excluding weekends and holidays.
· All orders are sent by carrier from Monday to Friday;
· Orders placed on weekends and national holidays will start to be dealt with on the next business day;
· In case of problems with delivery or questions about the order, you should contact the entity in which you are in possession of your order;
· When the Customer receives the order, he must immediately check the condition of the box (s) of the product (s). If you have an anomaly, you should immediately report the situation to the EZTO.STORE logistics department, by filling in the help form.
